Indian Medical Association Surat, Surat Diabetes Association and Family Physicians Association Surat jointly organized a seminar on Diabetes and Obesity on 8th February 2026 at Hotel Marriott In which renowned endocrinologists from Surat city presented interesting information about new research on diabetes and obesity for  the member doctors of the association. More than 150 doctors from Surat city attended and made this seminar a grand success.

The entire seminar was organized by Dr. Piyush Desai, Honorary Secretary of Surat Diabetes Association. Dr Ajay Jain, President Surat diabetes Association welcomed all the members. Dr Ajit Maheshwari hon. secretary of Family Physicians Association Surat was also present. MOC Dr Yash Lapsiwala and Dr Rinkal Solanki handled the event smoothly. Dr. Mukur Petrolwala, President of Indian Medical Association Surat, concluded the seminar with the vote of thanks.
